Hi, I have just had me diverter valve and cartridge replaced so solve my original issue of have both heating and hot water on at the same time without the option to turn off.

But now I can’t turn my heating on. It’s on, on the boilers thermostat but doesn’t heat.

I’ve disconnected all other thermostats.

It’s a heatslave 20/25

Can anyone advise me on this?

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue
Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
