I have a top fastened D shaped toilet seat with no access to any fixings under the bowl. The plastic screw thread on top which holds the pins in the seat has lost its thread and I can't get it out to replace it and the seat has been wobbling for 2 years. Can anyone help with suggestions. Thanks
 
welcome along.
you either make access by removing the wc or panel behind if applicable.
or you cut drill/cut out the existing and replace with a seat that has fixings that go in from above.

Fix loose Jacuzzi toilet seat
Jacuzzi toilet seat fixings are loose and I cannot figure out how to tighten them. Nothing seems removal and they cannot be accessed from underneath. Can anyone please advise me how to tighten them? Many thanks and warm regards
