Hi James, you could try putting the same post in the "looking for work section"
Looking for work.

but as you will see there are hundreds asking the same thing.
have you tried a bit of local advertising to pick up a few simple jobs for yourself?

Hi James and welcome to the forum.

You are welcome to put notices up in Williams & Co branches in your area, which may help reach potential employers.

Check the "branchfinder" link in my signature block and find the ones nearest you - there are several in Kent and the South East generally. Chat the branch managers up, tell them I said it was OK, and put a notice up next to the coffee machine.

Good luck with your search.

Hi simon when i say i have just stated i mean 3 days ago so i have no knowledge of the industry etc....yet

Hi James welcome to the forum. Sorry I can't be much help down here but I wish you luck. Hopefully so etching will come up. My advice would be to ring, phone and email every local company you can find. Put ads up in local merchants as ray has said ( nice little plug mr stafford).
