Hi all I have a problem at home which is really annoying, water suddenly stops running throghout the flat. I use a shared system from the main which divides in six properties. One of this is mine. I leave on the ground floor.
I have investigated and the low pressure is not due to other flat using water all at the same time.
I told thames water to remove the meter, and still it does not solve the problem.
Thames water does not really know what it is.
Water runs very very low from all taps, and I do not have any tank, even the hot water boiler does not affect it.
Can it be air in the water system? But the water most of the day runs at full pressure!
What do you suggest me to do?

Anyone has experienced something similar?

Thanks

When pressure is low on ground floor what is it like for neighbours above. Might be worthwhile talking to them.

Hi, it happens at different times during the day and last for 3, 4 hours and then the water comes back. I have spoken to my neighbours and they do not have any issue with low water pressure at all.
