Hi,

Can anyone advise whether installing a loo using a flexible (corrgugted) waste through a 270 degree change in direction (3 90 degree bends) is a good idea?

The distance from loo to soil stack is approximately 800mm

Thanks

Is it the corrugated flexi that's the problem, or the number of bends?

Or a combination of the two?

flexis are for diy cover ups and any bend is going to slow the flow, common sense really

I sometimes use flexis if i have to and your wc will always work but with the 3 90s and the flexi is a bad combination, is there no way u can limit or reduce amount of bends I.E if seen idiots put in 2 90 bends instead of simply putting 2 45s, i know 4" doesnt offer loads leeway but 3 90s is quite savage

Soz shouldve said never used corragated only ever used Mcalpine plasti ones as ribs are tiny ,,,,,,

the corragated flexi,, the guy maybe had left over from fitting his cooker hood

Thanks everyone - looks like I need to have a bit of a rethink on this one. Cheers for the feedback

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
