Hi,

I have a Potterton profile boiler which is leaking from somewhere and slowly dripping through my ceiling, there is no visible water aroung the cylinder or the boiler or pipes, although there is a damp smell. It seems the leak continues when the heating and hot water are off.

What would it most likely be? the boiler? the cylinder? the pipes underneath?

Brass tap body is leaking.
I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue
Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
