I once used a small galvanised animal trough for the purpose. Probably a bit over the top but it saved messing about. Wasn't actually all that much more expensive than a tank.

Hi just lead 1 no I was born in Bethnal Green[I now live in Essex] and when I started work I was taken to T.G.LYNES with my foreman to collect some materials I wish all the shops were still like I remember them full of character and so much more helpful than many are today oh happy days. I believe I spoke to you last year about a dvd you were in the process of producing,any news yet?:)regards turnpin

Hi Turpn. Its certainly is a different world out there now. As for the proposed film. Loads done, just needs putting together but retirement means you at the beck and call of every body in the family, along with the young guy i sold my business to. But i still hope to publish soonish. Good Luck
 
Just noticed this while searching. McDonald Engineers 01592 611123 will manufacture you a copper, insulated Feed and Expansion Tank. Various sizes available.
 
have you tried the 1970's........................

They are ment to be used on solid fuel sources I guess you didn't know that
Have you seen what happens to a plastic on when boiling water goes into it
It distorts and caves in it happend a couple of yours back and a baby was in a bed bellow the f&e and was killed so that why he looking one
