Ideal Isar 35 domestic water only warm. Thermistor? Any ideas please.

Boiler four years old and been reliable. No codes showing. Running normally, no evidence of a problem. Starts and runs hot then
lowers in temperature then remains steady at just warm. Have reset etc. Any help appreciated.

Sticking diverter cartridge and bypassing into heating circuit.

With the heating off turn on a hot water tap and touch the central heating flow pipe. If it gets hot its the cartridge.

Do I understand that the Diverter valve needs replacing or is there a component (cartridge) seperate that needs replacing? And is it
within the valve? Thanks.

You can replace just the cartridge but beware it could just as easily be a blockage in the plate heat exchanger and its bypassing.
You will need an engineer to test the cartridge and the plate.

i had a 35kw ideal same fault last week fan was running slow so not enough gas been pulled in when high demand for water
