Hi, I live in Dartford Kent.

I have a ideal combi boiler which is roughly 6/7 years old. When the hot water is on and I run the hot water the pipes to Immersion tank make a loud vibrating burping noise. Any ideas what the issue would be?

Afternoon. You say you have a combi boiler but also state in your thread that you have an immersion tank? Can we have some pictures of what you have please.

As above, either replace or service your float valve in the header tank which feeds your cylinder. Water hammer as your describing is a typical symptom of a faulty float valve
