Hello,

I am looking for some advice regarding my baxi duo tec 33 he A. For some reason the hot water works but when I turn off the tap it does not revert to heating mode and the hot water light stays on. I have replaced the diverter valve cartridge which was seriously knackered. However I am still having the same problem any help would be appreciated.

Not at the moment, got all my A.C.S qualifications though. I dont need be gas safe as I don't do any fitting anymore and this is on my own home.

Yeah took the full diverter valve off as the cartridge was seized in and seriously deteriorated.

When your gas safe pm me and will re open it up

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

We are from Alberta, and I own an electrical company. I have been asked by a BC Mechanical P. Eng. to install an emergency STOP button at the man-door to the boiler room. It's intent is to 'halt' the operation of the boilers in the room should there be an emergency. He is demanding that I do...
