Hi troops, just had the 2nd call of the weekend with vibration noise when the boiler lights. One customer described it as engine trying to start. Once it starts/light no vibration noise.

Has anyone else had this? Just wondering if it a considence.
 
No not my house. One I installed, the other I moved the boiler a while back. The one I installed is Vaillant Plus System boiler and is Worcester Bosch Greenstar Combi.

What are you getting on the FGA?
Inlet pressure?
Gas rate?
I went out to see WB yesterday. Only got the call today about the Vaillant.

WB FGA 9.2 co2. Inlet gas pressure at the gas valve 19mbar. Gas working pressure at the meter 20mbar. Fan pressure was fine.
