Hey guys

Switched off boiler + water. Somehow almost broke my bum trying to undo the old sink and drilled holes for the new one... I looked at the tap and I was like... ? I'm not used to this connection. Any ideas before I have a breakdown? Thanks :(

Your new tap has half inch connections you’re existing pipes finish in 3/8” swap them for two of these

ah man I wish it was something I could do now. No water again -_- why can't Screwfix be open 24/7? I'd go there and grab one.... If somewhere was open I'd bloody buy it :( thanks...

Suzan, if you're going to be tackling more jobs to save having no water, you may want to purchase some stop ends?
E.g.: https://www.NoLinkingToThis/p/pegler-brass-compression-stop-end-15mm/3519g

wrong fittings on the bottom need couplings and not male irons

But I did what everyone said. On the first page told to buy 2 of those adapters... Now people are saying no???? I don't want to go without water again today cos Screwfix are now shut :(
