Hi,

Have been asked to find a spare chrome (dual flush) push button for this wc cistern. Have sent off an email to manufacturer, but does anyone know of a UK company selling spares for this make/model?

If and when I get the spare, how do I get into the cistern? It's one of those fancy types with no lid - photo attached.

All help appreciated.

This just is getting rediculous now I am posative there is some wc designers out there just on purposly trying to p*** plumbers off , the ones that annoy me are the ones with no access to the back , just what is the point of water regs stating the need for an iso valve if you cant get to it anyway. Why are people obsessed with not seeing any pipework? just smash it off the wall with a hammer and tell customer they need a new low level instead.;)

charge them for 2 black buckets, easiest way to flush these nightmares, even b&q wcs are better than these essex girl delights

dont know were you can get push button exept catalono but the cistern is just a cover unscrew from bottom and it lifts off the cistern is underneath and its air flush

Doesn't bother me - the longer it takes, the more money I earn from the job :D

I don't fit iso valves where you can't get to them - pointless and problem if they leak.

I usually fit an iso valve for everything where the water comes into the bathroom where it is not possible / unsightly to fit to each appliance.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
