Hello,
I've a new fan and despite this and no blocked flue and everything else working to plan my boiler is not igniting. It is trying to but just won't "connect." Any help gratefully received as I'm bloody freezing!

Sorry to say time to get a gas safe engy out

You will need a engineer to sort this rectifacation is the first thing to check, Alpha technical are very helpfull but as above you need to be gas safe so no point calling yourself they offer a competitive repair service though so think i would say go down that route winter has hit so you need your boiler to be fit and healthy. Cheers kop
