Hi all,
For some reason the guy who owned our house previously put 15mm pipework to the downstairs bathroom. we have had a new suite fitted which has a mixer shower on the bath. the cold is mains pressure but the hot is from the tank and is very low pressure. are there any mixers that are made for 15mm pipework?

you can change the pipework to 22mm but the difference will not be fantastic as you have a low head of pressure

your best bet is to leave pipe work as it is, tresite the hot connection to an essex and fit a single impeller pump to it

You may have to reduce the cold mains with a PRV if it is much over 3 or 4 bar
